Delete Your Baseball Mind Account

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from The Baseball Mind app, please email us at:

support@thebaseballmind.com

Include the following in your email:

- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

- The email address associated with your Baseball Mind account

- Your Baseball Mind display name (if you set one)

WHAT GETS DELETED

Within 30 days of your request, we will delete:

- Your account credentials

- Your quiz progress and XP history

- Your display name and profile info

- Your device sync data

- Any team or friend connections

WHAT WE KEEP

We may retain minimal records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes:

- Purchase and subscription transaction history (kept as required by Apple, Google, and IRS regulations for up to 7 years)

- Aggregate anonymized analytics (which cannot identify you)

RESPONSE TIME

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, per COPPA and GDPR requirements.
